The apartments were renovated to like-new condition in 2013. Good, well-maintained furnishings. Floor heating. Satellite TV. Storage room with ski storage on the ground floor. Covered balcony with a panoramic view of the Brixental Valley and the Hohe Salve. Pets not allowed. 3-room apartment, 2nd floor, approx. 65 m². Entryway. Living/sleeping room with double sofa bed, dining area, and kitchenette (4 ceramic burners, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle). Double room. Bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. Shower. Separate toilet.
The ROTHARLHOF is situated on a hill in the Grafenweg area of the village. Hopfgarten village centre is 4 km away. The Salvenbahn valley station is 3.5 km away. The cross-country ski trailhead is 1.5 km away. The country road from Hopfgarten to Niederau (3.5 km) in the Wildschönau (see our listing) runs right past the house. The owners live on the ground floor and keep dairy cows in the barn at the back. Parking on the property.
On-site costs: Not included: local tax, final cleaning. Pets are not allowed.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
