Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the refrigerator empty and a clean stove. Any damage/missing items will be subject to add charges. Any unnecessary mess or excessive cleaning required will result in an add cleaning fee.
Guests must park only in the assigned spaces designated for the apartment. Balcony Use - No Hanging Clothes or Towels A fee if $250 fee will be charged when reported by the association.
Failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of your stay. Be aware that for the safety of all parties there is security 24/7 and violations are reported quickly to the association.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
