We stayed here for a weekend at ESU for track nationals. The house is just five minutes from stadium, huge bonus! Home appears to be recently remodeled, new floors and paint, deck, kitchen…etc. home was stocked well with linens, towels, laundry and kitchen cleaning supplies. I’m not sure if the home is a new to VRBO rental, but the kitchen was lacking in essentials we typically find at rentals (and we travel often!). No baking sheets, parchment paper (foil, Saran Wrap, baggies, etc), no salt/pepper, oil, coffee filters (there is a regular pot, but no auto shut off, so make sure it’s turned off/unplugged). I say all this not as a complaint, but for information. Connect with host ahead of time to see what you will need to bring or shop for, luckily Walmart is just 8min away! We cook a lot when staying in rentals, and I know many families do as well! There is a grill, but it was rainy during our stay, so we never got around to trying it! The home itself was very clean, with newer bedroom furniture. Living room couches are several decades old, but in good working condition and clean. The guest bath has very slow water pressure in shower and we couldn’t get a hot shower in it during our stay, so everyone used the primary bath (which is newly remodeled). We did text the owner and he said he would take a look at it! Washer/dryer worked well!Overall it was a lovely stay and we would stay here again if in the area!
