Our gallery apartment spans two floors and, with 90 square metres of living space, offers plenty of room and comfort for a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people. With our holiday rentals, we offer you the perfect place for your holiday. Just take some time to do nothing. Just relax, unwind, and enjoy the experience with all your senses—especially the peace and quiet that surrounds you. A comfortable atmosphere awaits you in a dreamlike setting. Tastefully decorated living spaces where you can truly savour your precious holiday time. The large, light-filled living and dining area with a large picture window, a wood-burning stove, a TV, and a CD player, as well as the modern bathroom with a view of the forest—complete with a toilet, shower, towel warmer, hair dryer, and cosy hand and bath towels—ensure relaxing, comfortable days. The cosy bedrooms upstairs, featuring a box-spring bed and two single beds, also offer plenty of space for rest and relaxation. The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, toaster, egg cooker, and coffee maker. You can also use the washing machine, dryer, cosy blanket, and hot water bottle free of charge. In addition, the spacious balcony, the large sun terrace, and the beautiful, inviting natural garden with an open fire pit and garden shower invite you to linger. The entire holiday rental is smoke-free and free of electromagnetic pollution. Our house is located right next to the forest and is the ideal starting point for wonderful hikes or bike rides. Explore the Steigerwald however you like. Take advantage of the bike path that runs right in front of our house and leads you to Bamberg and many other destinations. Spend some time in the small, quaint villages with their old half-timbered houses, enjoy our Franconian wines, and savour the culinary delights of the many different regions. Payment is due in cash on site. A prepayment of 50% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. All prices include 7% VAT. By booking, you agree to our house rules. A security deposit of 150.00 euros per stay is due up to 1 week before arrival. After the property has been properly handed over, the amount will be refunded within one week after departure. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed. The rooms are free of electromagnetic pollution. Non-smoking property. Services included in the base price: parking in front of the house, carport, lockable bike storage room with free charging for your e-bike, use of the garden, garden shower, high-quality bed linens, bath and hand towels, tea towels, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, lounge chairs, and umbrellas.
