Everything was ready for us to start our vacation as soon as we got here! The cottage is so clean and love the front porch and back deck for relaxing. Maureen provided all the essentials plus and we so appreciate her thoughtfulness to detail!

I loved the location, it was nice and peaceful! The towels and sheets were heavenly and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that there is no closet space and no dresser in the smaller bedroom. I know the owners are in the process of making improvements, so I will be interested to see it in the future. Maureen was very pleasant to work with and the check in and out was seamless. Thank you for having us, my Bailey girl is almost 15 and she loved that there was only one step to get into the house.

The property was located at the end of a quiet street away for the noise of the Strip. The entire property has been renovated with upscale touches such as keyless entry, a keurig coffee maker, Blackstone grill, full kitchen with amenities and a full sized washer and dryer. It also included a fireplace and air conditioning. The front porch had seating and an umbrella and the back porch included a very nice wooden table and a peaceful water feature. The yard included a propane fire pit. Overall, very accommodating and homey.
