Das Haus liegt nur 250 m von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, den man kostenlos mit der Kurkarte benutzen kann. Einkaufen bei Rewe und Lidl kann man auch zu Fuss. Um das Haus ist ein schöner Garten mit Liegemöglichkeiten.
