Excellent property for our big family - 6 Bedrooms, 6 1/2 Bathrooms, large Kitchen (great island for serving meals, dining areas accommodate 14 ... 20 (including the island), large Living area with a sectional (I would switch out one little armless settee for something a little more comfortable for movie night ;-). We did not bring our own softball gear, but found a couple of wiffle balls & plastic bat; a basketball & goal, plus a place to play cornhole! We were not quite sure what we could use & not use of the amenities scattered around the property (like the pickle ball court) until after we were checking out - we will know next time about that and the batting cages (we should have asked sooner). Really great place to host a family reunion - looks like an almost identical set-up cross the small pond, plus 2 more houses on the property. You could easily accommodate a large family, a friend retreat or youth group.We will definitely keep this one on our list of top places to visit again!!
