This home is single-level once inside, with a warm, lived-in feel and plenty of room to spread out. Expect a comfortable living area for unwinding after a day out, a practical kitchen for simple meals.
There’s also a handy spot for remote work when you need to plug in and focus.
Step outside to enjoy some fresh air, and you’ll also have access to a shared, fenced backyard with patio space,great when you want a little outdoor time. Please note the yard is shared with the nearby unit, so we appreciate guests being respectful of neighbors. 🌿

The bedrooms are set up for real rest, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or for work. You’ll have a comfortable King-sized bed in the primary bedroom and a cozy Queen-sized bed in the second bedroom - clean, inviting, and ready for a great night’s sleep. 💤

Downtown Sioux Falls is an easy ride away, so you can bounce between quiet comfort at home and city energy whenever you want.

Stairs are required to enter the home. The backyard is shared, and there is another unit nearby, thank you for being mindful and respectful of neighbors. An exterior security camera is located at the entrance for property safety. Pets are welcome with a fee and must follow house rules. This is a non-smoking home.
Mid-Term Guest Policy:
For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:
📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.
These measures are mandatory and ensure a secure and seamless experience for all parties.
Rent includes all utilities plus trash/recycling, lawn care, and snow removal. Groceries are easy too with Hy-Vee on S Minnesota just blocks away. $500 security deposit + first month`s rent required up-front. Reach out to schedule a showing or if you have any questions!

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

A maximum of the number of persons listed on your, regardless of age, may occupy the property, or be on the premises, at any one time.
No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
