About this space
"Newer home with wood floors in the dining and living room. Two bedrooms on the main level with a Queen in Master and Bunk beds in the other bedroom, and an additional pull out twin bed. Two bathrooms on the main level one in the master room and another near the living room. The basement is unfinished but has a laundry room. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and a toaster. Keurig coffee maker and pods are ready for your disposal, along with cream and sugar.
The space
As you enter the foyer there is hooks for coats and cubbies to stow your shoes. You have a few steps to get to the main floor with large family room. Tv remote will be on coffee table in front of our new grey sectional. Sliding farm doors as curtains for the blinds out to the deck. No fenced in backyard or front. Large 55 inch TV with Netflix and streaming services. Large kitchen with dining area as well breakfast bar. Master bedroom with its own private bathroom as well as walk in closet. Second bed room has a twin bunk beds and a pullout twin under. Washer and dryer located in the basement.
Guest access
You will get a dedicated code that will be sent to you in your welcome message. This will be active during the days you will be here with us.

House Rules
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.
- ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS
- NO GUESTS BEYOND THE ONES THAT WE HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF.
- No Smoking.
- No pets -- we maintain a hypoallergenic environment for all guests.

Kitchen:
- All necessary pots and pans are provided.
- Serving dishes for 8 people is provided.
- Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods are provided.
- Dishwasher, garbage disposal, full fridge, and stove are ready for your use.

Checkout:
- Is by 11 noon ---- so sleep in.
- Please close all windows, doors and lock them.
- Please put garbage in garbage containers beside the garage.
- Close the front door so the automatic lock works.
- Put all used dish's in washer dryer and please start it if time permits.
- Dispose of all perishables when you leave, non-perishables can be left behind to be
used by other guests or you can take them with, your choice.

Wifi/Entertainment:
- High-speed internet with wifi is provided.
- A TV in the family room with Roku is available.
- You can watch many of the app-based videos.
- Amazon Prime and Netflix are signed in.
- Board games for family are also provided.

Other Things:
- Washer Dryer is in basement.
- Additional beddings and towels are in the master closet.
