We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, the pool was fantastic, and the location was great—quiet and private. Bryan was an excellent host, and communication was easy and consistent throughout our visit. We’re from Canada and loved our time in the States, especially in beautiful Sioux Falls. We'll be back!

The communication with the host was fast and easy. Loved the property being just outside of the town so it’s quiet and convenient for quick trips to get things.

We had 3 families enjoying our stay. We booked it knowing the pool was heated, because you never know what the early fall weather will be like. The owner was great about keeping in touch with us and helping make sure the pool was ready to go for all of our kids since the hot tub wasn't working. It's a cozy home with a great host who cares! We would definitely come back again! Lots of great memories all being under one roof instead of hotel rooms!

This house and property were absolutely perfect! House is beautiful and even better in person than the listing. The pool was clean and well kept. The temperature of the water was great. There were 11 of us staying in the home and it never felt crowded! 20/10 would stay here again!!

Pictures don't do this place justice ! What an amazing place. Very private on 4 acres surrounded by corn fields. Pool is so nice and clean. Really like the step out design around edges very unique. We stay all over the USA and many homes this is up at the very top. Price was great. Hosts were very responsive. 2 minutes from everything you need but feels like out in the country. Zero mosquitos as well ! Only regret is having to leave. Plenty of beds and space for big groups.
