About this space
Newly built CLEAN house, corner lot with a huge fenced in backyard. We have a grill on the back porch and seating. A very SAFE neighborhood, 10-15 min from downtown & the airport. Close to shopping, parks, and a large baseball diamond. When we say ENTIRE we mean it. 2 bedrooms, master bedroom has Queen Bed, attached bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom has Two-Twin beds. Living room has two couches and a coffee table, accompanied by a tv. Kitchen is available with ALL needed cookware.
The space
ENTIRE house with tall ceilings throughout, fenced in backyard. The home is occupied by you only, you will NOT be sharing it with anyone. The basement is unfinished. 10-15 min from downtown. Large baseball park next door. Suburban location far from the rush and hustle. Family-friendly location, very quiet. Walmart, Target and others only located 5 minutes up the road.
Guest access
All of the house is available and entirely occupied by you and your party. There will be no intrusion during your stay unless needed for cleaning and inspection during a long stay. Will be discussed when booking and extended stay. No other guests allowed that aren't on the booking. The basement is not finished as yet.

Kitchen:
- All necessary pots and pans are provided.
- Serving dishes for 8 people is provided.
- Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods are provided.
- Dishwasher, garbage disposal, full fridge, and stove are ready for your use.

Checkout:
- Is by 11 noon ---- so sleep in.
- Please close all windows, doors and lock them.
- Please put garbage in garbage containers beside the garage.
- Close the front door so the automatic lock works.
- Put all used dish's in washer dryer and please start it if time permits.
- Dispose of all perishables when you leave, non-perishables can be left behind to be
used by other guests or you can take them with, your choice.

Wifi/Entertainment:
- High-speed internet with wifi is provided.
- A TV in the family room with Roku is available.
- You can watch many of the app-based videos.
- Amazon Prime and Netflix are signed in.
- Board games for family are also provided.

Great home, beautiful neighborhood.

Thank you to the Reshi family for sharing your wonderful home. It was comforting to return to a fully supplied home every night while I was in town for work for two weeks. Easy access to the home, and many amenities made it feel just like home. The neighorbood was very nice and I felt safe at all times. I appreciate the thought you put into your rental.

Nearly perfect for our stay

This house is perfectly located for our needs. The house is very nice and just as advertised. The only improvements 8 could see would be blinds or curtains in the transom window above the TV and again in the window over the sink. Also the living room couches left a lot of room for improvement in comfort and cleanliness as the lighter one had several stains on it. I do not want that to be taken as overly critical, as we loved the house, I just wanted to give some actionable feedback of the only parts that were not perfect like the rest. Also, being able to park in the garage overnight was an absolute dream, thank you for that.

Quiet neighborhood

This home was very clean easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. A great place for a small family to stay! Would recommend. Also loved the free laundry as we were there for a softball tournament and needed to wash uniforms.
