I am born and raised in the Sioux falls area. Growing up in a small town, I have spent much time in the Sioux falls metro and am familiar with most of the small towns around the area as well as Sioux falls. I love hosting because it allows tourists to have somewhere comfortable to sleep while visiting our beautiful city.

Why they chose this property

I enjoy this neighborhood because it is a quiet, peaceful area with direct access to the interstate to get you wherever you are going. It's close enough to the airport which makes for a quick drive to the location. Sports-enthusiasts and entertainment gurus will appreciate this location especially since it is in close proximity to the Sanford Pentagon, Sanford Sports Complex, and the Denny Sanford Premjer Center.

What makes this property unique

Being raised on a South Dakota Farm, I wanted to bring that feeling to guests who may not be familiar with the lifestyle. The property boasts many farm related decor pieces as well as comfortable furniture that you would find in a typical modern farm house here in South Dakota.
