Perfect home away from home!

We had an amazing stay! Extremely clean, everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, beds super comfy! Host was quick with communication and very kind. We will be staying again next time visit Sioux Falls!

A great place with enough room for families.

Owner was very responsive to our messages. Twin home is well insulated and no street noise. Nicely stocked kitchen, restrooms and 2 living rooms. Nice place!

Beautiful home! Our family of five stayed for a local tournament. The cleanliness was so appreciated and worth complimenting! Quality bedding, linens, large pillows, everything was so comfortable. Great layout, kitchen has everything you need. We will be happy to stay again next year. Thank you!

What a wonderful home. Rented for our daughters wedding.

What a great experience. I rented this home for our daughters wedding for us and other family members. Able to enjoy a home environment where we could play cards a pizza and just share a life‘s together before the wedding. It forever back and Sioux Falls this will be our go to place

Great home to stay in

From our first to last contact with Kristin, she was wonderful to work with. Before arriving we had asked about some kitchen items. Kristin checked at the house and when she didn’t see some of the items she went out and bought them. So now the kitchen has everything you should ever need. Located in a great neighborhood. Very clean with plenty of space for a lot of people in the house. Beds were very comfortable. We have stayed in 14 different VRBO homes and this home is at the very top of the list for us . Will definitely stay here again

Great Home

Very nice place to stay with family members. Everyone had their own space. Comfortable beds. Be prepared to strip all of your beds and start a load of laundry before you leave, which is not shared with you until after you make your resevation.

We loved it!

We loved our stay! We meet family in town every year for the golf tournament and have always stayed at hotels until this year. Most of us had never stayed at a VRBO before and after this stay, they're sold! The house was spacious, comfortable, and super clean. The beds were so comfortable and we liked the open floor plan for our group. Aldi and Walmart are really close which was convenient. We would definitely come.back!

We had several family coming to Sioux Falls for a wedding. With the age range from an infant to 80 years of age we were looking for a location where we could all be together. The home was perfect for our needs.

My husband and I now own 7 rental properties, three of which are in Sioux Falls where we both grew up and the others are in Okoboji, IA, where we like to vacation in the summer at the lake! I manage all of our properties and have been doing so for 4 years now. I strive to make sure all of our properties have the essentials for day to day living and items I appreciate when using other VRBO's, such as books, games, etc.

Why they chose this property

This home is newer and updated with today's trends. It has 4 bedrooms, two of which have a king bed in them! The neighborhood is quite and one block away from a grocery store, Walmart, places to eat and get coffee. This home is ideal for business travel, couples and families with older children.
