Situated at the foothills of Mount Ymittos, our apartment offers the best of both worlds. A short 10-minute walk up the mountain rewards you with spectacular panoramic views across the entire Athens skyline and out to the sea.

Summer beach escapes are effortless from here. You are ideally placed just 20 minutes away from the beautiful southern beaches of Alimos and Glyfada. A short drive further along the Athenian Riviera will take you to Vouliagmeni, Varkiza, and the historic Cape Sounio.

Good to know about the property

- Building doorbell: Please note that the building entrance doorbell is currently out of order.

- Living room TV: The TV in the living room does not receive standard antenna channels. However, it is connected to the internet and has various apps available, allowing you to stream and watch TV normally.

Please be mindful of quiet hours and keep the space clean, as this flat is part of a larger building. Your cooperation helps ensure a positive experience for everyone, including our neighbours.

The common quiet hours are 14.00 - 17.00 and 22.00 - 08.00 every day.
