Ideal for Family Reunions! Comfortably host 24 guests! This is a entire ranch style property (House, Guest House, Pool, Palapa/BBQ Area, Children's Playground, and covered upstairs Terrace). Ping Pong table, Pool table and Foosball, 2 outdoor refrigerators, 2 outdoor big screen TVs , loud speakers, 2 bars, plenty of room to entertain. Each house has full kitchen, dining area and Living room with TVs, ceiling fans, Air conditioning. 2 large patios attached to main house with fans and music speakers TV refrigerator and wireless internet throughout. Covered terrace upstairs with fans and wired for music / dance floor. The entire property is fenced with gates so your pets stay in and unwanted critters stay out. Located within Las Veraneras Resort is a beachside gated community with 24/7 security, a clubhouse with a big pool and beautiful oceanfront beach. *Clubhouse access pass is available (please inquire before arrival).

This house is beautiful! We had our large family together with more than enough comfortable space for everyone. The kids and all enjoyed the pool. It was clean and a good size. The house is laid out and decorated beautifully. We brought our groceries and thats all you'll need. 2 grills, one charcoal and one gas. Large kitchen. The beach Los Cobanos was a couple of minutes away. We all loved our stay and will definitely return!

It was a beautiful cozy ranch with plenty of space to spend quality time with your family. I normally don’t have the time to give reviews either good or bad, but I cannot stop saying that this place is the best ranch that I ever been in El Salvador. I highly recommend this place. the owner is very attentive and Mr. Samuel and his wife they were both outstanding hostess. They welcome you with all the information that you need and with delicious coconuts on your arrival. is like going to a mini paradise. Believe me when I told you that you’re gonna love this place. Is very very complete everything that you need for the kitchen. All you need is to bring food to cook and your swimsuit and you’re good to go. Thank you Araceli for being such a wonderful person and accommodate my family so we can enjoy your ranch for more time. … they have playground and games for the kids ❤️ the pool is so nice. I can stop talking about how God put this place so we can have our family reunion

Hello our names are Aracely and Eric. I'm from sonsonate/ El Salvador, I'm a nurse, I bought this property in 2004 thinking to retire in my home town, but because I'm not ready to retire yet so I decided to be a host of my house prior to retire, and has been nice to be able to share my place with others and made my place beautiful so everyone that stay in my place can be comfortable and happy to be there. Now Eric and me trying to keep the place nice and better.

Why they chose this property

Because is near my hometown where I grew up and this community is safe, I take my walks in the morning after my walks like to see the ocean. This community is call las Veraneras resort. Where we have security 24/7, all the houses yard are beautiful different than the city and Eric and me trying to keep the place beautiful, nice and clean for our guests.

What makes this property unique

You can see all Salvadorian tropical fruit in the property we have mangos, nisperos, guanabans, flor de isote, Mamey jocotes,zapotes, bananas, platanos, cocos and others, we have everything for all family vacations, so can have a good time while in Rancho Del Valle
