We have stayed in multiple condos at Topsail Reef and have had great experiences every time! Beach, Please! was no exception! The condo was exceptionally clean and views of the ocean were spectacular! Outdoor furniture was a lovely departure from the usual beach chairs on the balcony. The kitchen was equipped for cooking light, easy meals. Having a fan or two to help circulate cool air from AC units would have been really helpful. We will definitely stay here again during a cooler time of year.

Beach please was a great little place right on the sand. I suggest bringing a fan in the hotter months to help circulate the air as it gets hot and humid. There is a/c but it can only do so much at high outside temps. Take advantage of the low tides and take walks and search for shells and sharks teeth!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation to North Topsail. Our time on the beach was everything our family needed. There isn’t much beach front right out of the condo during most times but during the low tide there is a nice section there and the tide pools are relaxing and we can let our little kids swim there and explore.
