Guests have access to the entire house, including both the front yard and backyard. Enjoy full privacy and freedom to use all indoor and outdoor spaces during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating:

The pool requires advance notice for heating, as it takes time to reach the desired temperature depending on weather conditions.

Spa heating is $79 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $179 per day each day you booked; 2-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat).

Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay.



Parking:

2 Drive Way Spots, 2 Covered Garage & Street Parking, EV Charger



For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
