Thanks to the gallery-like second floor and the huge panoramic windows that extend from the floor to the roof, the house is particularly bright and friendly. The view falls again and again and from everywhere on the enchanting landscape, the water and the colorful hustle and bustle all around. From the terrace you have a view of the landscape.



Even in winter, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Under the wellness shower in the spacious bathroom on the first floor it is also wonderful to relax and entertainment is provided with fiber optic connection.



Nearby runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve.
