Holiday Home Gimino is located in central Istria, between the towns Pazin and Rovinj.
This 80 m2 beautifully restored villa is located in a peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet. There are no neighbors nearby and you can enjoy your privacy.
The house has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilette with washing machine. This detached Holiday home consists out of the ground floor only. The house has a living room is with SAT TV and fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
The bedrooms do not have a classic door but are separated by an awning. Accommodation is ideal for a family with small children or for a couple.
Washing machine and iron and ironing board are at guests disposal. There is also an outdoor dining area with a grill.
Private pool of 20 m2 is situated next to an enclosed terrace and dining area. An outdoor shower is also available.
Private parking is available free of charge.
Damage deposit of 200 € (cash) is to be paid directly in the holiday home upon check in.

Das Haus liegt ungefähr zweieinhalb Kilometer außerhalb des Ortes, sehr ruhig gelegen und völlig ohne Nachbarn.Die Innenräume, Außenanlagen und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen.Der Check-In vor Ort war unkompliziert und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Vielen Dank an die hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeberin.

Tolles Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage und schönem Pool. Internet läuft nur über Mobilfunk und ist damit eher langsam. Ansonsten waren wir wunschlos glücklich.
