Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (4 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 16.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop 50 m, bus stop 1.8 km, rocky beach 7 km. Riding stable 500 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
2-room semi-detached house 62 m2 on 2 levels. Living/sleeping room with 1 french bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Entrance hall with air conditioning. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Upper floor: 1 open room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub

Eine sehr sauberes in ruhiger Lage befindliches Ferienhaus, macht den Urlaub zur echten Erholung. Auch der Pool, immer sauber, und Garten sind sehr schön. In wenigen Minuten kann viele verschiedene Strände erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt, vielen Dank.

Sehr gemütliches kleines Häuschen

Wir waren zu 2 mit Hund und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir habe die Ruhe sehr genossen. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Würden immer wieder kommen.

Erholung im ruhigen Paradies

Ein wunderschönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Es war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist ein absoluter Herzensmensch. Sie hat eine sehr süße Hündin und ist super gastfreundlich. Zwischen Pula und Labin gelegen hat man die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten um schöne Orte wie auch Rovinj zu besuchen. Der Garten mit Pool bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit an unsere Familie und Freunde empfehlen! Wir vermissen es schon sehr !

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut zum Entspannen geeignet. Leider ist der Pool wirklich sehr klein, so dass wir ihn nicht wirklich genutzt haben. Ist aber auch nicht schlimm, da sich in nur 7 km Entfernung eine sehr schöne Bucht zum Baden einlädt. Das Sofa in der Ferienwohnung sollt durch ein neues ersetzt werden. Zudem ist das vierte Bett nur ein Klappbett, das sich eher nur für Kinder eignet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Top!

Urlaub vom Feinsten,wie erwartet.

Ich war das zehnte Mal hier und es war garantiert nicht das letzte Mal. Das Ambiente stimmt zu100%,die Vermieterin kümmert sich rührend. Es ist genau der richtige Ort um den Alltagstrott zu entfliehen und um Kraft zu tanken. Urlaub vom Feinsten!!

Urlaub vom feinsten!

Ich bin Stammgast,mir gefällt die familiäre Atmosphäre.Jedes Jahr gibt es etwas neues.Die Vermieterin ist stets bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.Dieses Jahr wurde die Küche und das Bad im neuen Glanz präsentiert.Super!! Für mich gibt es besseres,freue mich schon auf den 22.08.20!

Super Unterkunft

Als erstes ist zu erwähnen.Die Vermieterin ist wirklich Supernett.Wir haben Eier und Feigen von Ihr geschenkt bekommen.Die Unterkunft ist großzügig und im ersten Stock gibt es eine schöne Terrasse.Es gibt genügend Parkplätze für zwei Autos.Für mich was das Bett etwas zu klein,aber das liegt an meiner Größe.Die Vermieterin hat auch einen sehr lieben Hund.Das Bad ist ziemlich neu und die Küche hat auch alles was man braucht.Deutsche Sender sind reichlich vorhanden.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Begrüßung durch unsere Hausherrin war herzlich.Dieses Jahr wurden Küche u.Bad saniert u.sind nicht mehr so altbacken,wie in den älteren Bewertungen geschildert.Der Pool ist zum abfrischen absolut ausreichend.Vor Allem war er immer sauber.Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus ist für eine 4-5köpfige Familie ausreichend.V.a. die Dachterrasse war für abendliche Ausklänge schön.Die Hausherrin ist wahnsinnig lieb u. zuvorkommend u. sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Gerne wieder u. absolut weiter zu empfehlen
