Single-family house "Villa Aurora", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Loborika 6 km from the centre of Pula, 6 km from the centre of Marčana, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), small garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) heated (2 x 2 m, depth 50 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 2 km, café 1.5 km, bus stop 1.8 km, sandy beach 17 km pebble beach 10 km, rocky beach 10 km. Tennis 15 km, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Amphitheater 8 km. Swimming pool for private use is a hot tub for 5 persons.
3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 100 - 260 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Bath/shower/WC with corner bath. Terrace 20 m2, roofed. Barbecue (portable), deck chairs. View of the garden. Facilities: baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed.

Maison agréable et au calme

La maison est parfaite pour 4 personnes avec ses 2 grandes chambres et ses 2 salles de bain. L'intérieur est propre, la climatisation est un plus en cette saison. Le jardin n'est pas très grand mais suffisant pour s'y reposer et profiter du jacuzzi et du BBQ. Tout est conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. La situation non loin de Pula permet de visiter la région d'Istrie.

Saubere Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Abstimmung mit den Vermietern sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich schnell um Fragen oder Problemen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Lage ist im Inland. Strand und Städte in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Die Straße vor dem Haus dient als Verbindungsstraße und ist zu gewissen Tageszeiten etwas mehr befahren.

Kleines Haus mit Pool Aber die Bilder sind nicht ganz aktuell Im ausenberreich wurden die Sitzmöglichkeiten durch andere ersetzt Die Kaffeemaschine ist nur eine Filtermaschiene Aber das Haus liegt abseits ohne Auto schlecht Aber soweit OK

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr liebe Vermieter. Haben uns Kinderbett, Kinderstuhl zu Verfügung gestellt und ein Absperrgitter montiert, damit unsere Tochter nicht die Treppen hoch konnte. Sie gaben uns auch einige Ausflugdtipps. Der Wihrlpool ist einfach genial. Bett sind bequem. Eingezeuntes Gelände, Kinder können ohne auf die Strasse zu gehen, spielen. In der Nachbarschaft hat es einige Hunde welche manchmal laut sind und die Autos fahren schnell vorbei. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Sehr schönes Appartement. Man hat gemerkt, dass man sich hier viel Mühe gegeben hat es den Besuchern so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man kein Problem hat immer ein klein wenig zu fahren, für den kann das Appartement etwas sein. Schöne Ziele sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 - 20 Minuten entspannt erreichbar.

Sehr nettes Appartement

Sehr schönes Appartement. Haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man kein Problem hat immer ein klein wenig zu fahren, für den kann das Appartement etwas sein. Schöne Ziele sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 - 20 Minuten entspannt erreichbar.

Einfach schnuckelig

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig Abstriche muss man mit der Lage machen Ein/Ausfahrt nicht ganz ungefährlich Hunde und Katzen in der Nachbarschaft Wir hatten kein Problem damit. Der Jakuzzi toppt alles. Wer braucht einen Pool wenn das Meer 20 Minuten entfernt ist. Ganz nette Vermieter. Gerne wieder Waren zu 4. LG Bphil

Prima maar niet super

Aardige ontvangst door eigenaren. Huisje was schoon. Prima huis (kwartier met auto van mooie pula en mooie strandjes) maar wij vonden het niet super. Wij waren er met 3 kinderen. Binnen ok maar Bijna Geen tuin (aangezien je parkeert in de tuin).

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Problemloses Einchecken, nette Vermieterin und sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 15 Minuten von Pula entfernt in einem kleinen Ort. Man ist zentral und trotzdem hat man dort Ruhe und kann auch einfach mal entspannen. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll und ganz erfüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ausreichend für vier Personen Platz. Bis auf Spülmaschine Kompletteinrichtung. Superfreundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter im Nachbarhaus.. Ruhige Lage auf dem Land, aber trotzdem in 15 Min in Pula.
