Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean the grill if used. Failure to clean the grill will result in an additional $75 cleaning fee.
Please rack all balls on the pool table, and return pool sticks to their proper place.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All reservations will require a short term rental agreement, security deposit and ID verification.
