The finca Bosc offers space for up to 11 people and is situated on a small hill and surrounded by a forest. The plot measures 30,000 m2 in a quiet and private location. The only two neighbors are the owners (100m). The whole house is built on one level, which is suitable for children and / or elderly persons. The large living room has direct access to a covered terrace. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with a bar, dining table, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. A separate laundry room has a washer and iron set. All 5 bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Two of which have a double bed and three rooms have single beds. Outside there is a covered terrace with garden furniture and a 200 m2 roof terrace which offers a beautiful view of the surroundings. Next to the pool there is a gazebo and a bathroom. The pool of 10x5m with 12 sun loungers and a barbecue is also available. Pets are allowed and internet is available.
