Stone Mountain Retreat is a custom built home designed for togetherness. This property has everything you need for family and friends to vacation together, sporting teams to gather together, or employment groups to conference together. The home consists of 3 levels full of fun, beauty, and several spaces to entertain, read, or relax. As you walk in on the Main level, take in the panoramic views of the home before viewing portions of the backyard through the wall of windows. You can relax and have a conversation in the 2 story foyer or gather in the 2 story family room. For your dining needs, there is a dining room for 8, a large buffet table to setup your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and a large island and breakfast table for 8 in a spacious kitchen equipped for a professional chef, everyday cook, or seasoned door dasher with a gas stovetop, electric double oven, stainless steel appliances, and a walk in pantry. You can also watch television in the cozy keeping room, or stop by the coffee bar on your way to the in-law suite with a Queen sized Murphy bed that is equipped with a Roku television and shared bathroom with a shower. The private 1000 sq ft. luxury Master on Main overflows with old world sophistication yet is drenched in coziness. The suite offers a Queen Sleep Number bed, 65in Roku television, sitting area, office space, a spacious en-suite bathroom with an impressive 18ft. vaulted ceiling, 2 vanities, jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in shower. When you take the front staircase to the upper level, you will find a private reading area and office or drawing space that is comfortable and ready to meet your needs. If you take the back staircase, you will be closer to the upstairs Main bedroom with an electric fireplace, en-suite bathroom, dressing room, and additional kids bunk bedroom. Also you will find 3 additional bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom and a smart television ready for streaming. The downstairs lower level area layout consists of: a Lower Level Main Bedroom with a Queen size bed, en-suite Bathroom with tub and shower attachment, wardrobe room with a Twin size bed that is a perfect toddler space or additional sleeping area; another Bedroom with a Queen size bed; the Family room includes a Queen size Sofa Sleeper, electric fireplace, and Play area with a ping pong table; a private Sitting room with an electric fireplace; Billiard room with Bar; relaxing Sauna; Exercise room; Movie Theater; Fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, induction cooktop, granite countertops, and a large granite bar to enjoy your meals; a second Laundry room; an additional Bathroom with walk-in Shower; and Twin size corner Bunkbeds. Outside, you may choose to play a game of Basketball, Pickleball, or Tennis on the court, take a swim in the salt water Pool, or relax in the Jacuzzi. When it is time for lunch or dinner, you can barbecue on the gas grill and afterwards, roast marshmallows at the large charcoal grill. Enjoy your meals on the spacious Patio, cozy screen Porch, or private Gazebo. At the end of your day, you may choose to watch a movie in the Movie Theatre or fire up the Karaoke machine. GATHERINGS: You can have a gathering of up to 35 people total at any given time. This is the maximum number allowed to gather. However, this gathering cannot be Disruptive, Loud, or without Adult Supervision. Furthermore, online, open-invite gatherings are prohibited. NOISE LEVELS: Out of consideration for our neighbors, all outside music and activities must end at 11:30pm and inside music/video sounds should not be heard outside. GUESTS LIMITS: Please note that the registration of the Number of all Guests arriving will be required prior to booking. The Home can sleep Twenty-three (23) Adults and Children comfortably. However, Sixteen (16) Adults are included in the contracted price. If additional Adults above (16) arrival, there will be an additional charge of $10 per person per night. Also, to further ensure the number of guests stays within the required limit, the Number of anticipated Visitors must be approved before any Gathering. For Visitors staying overnight, the additional charge is $10 per person per night. Please update Guests’ and Visitors’ information as needed. Violation of this requirement may result in termination of your reservation. Please comply with these rules as the health and safety of everyone is of upmost importance to us. LOCKED AREAS: Please Note that the Garages are locked and not for use. The Butler’s Pantry is available; however, the Food Pantry is locked. Storage Closets and the Main Master Closet are also locked. A Wardrobe has been added in the Main Master Bedroom for your use. HOUSE RULES: NO PETS, NO WEAPONS, NO SMOKING INSIDE. Please Note, this Home is in a Quiet neighborhood. As such and out of respect for our neighbors, there can be NO Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings of any kind. Small, Approved, Non-Disruptive Gatherings are Welcomed. Open Online Invites are not allowed. All outside music and activities must end at 11:30pm and inside music/video sounds should not be heard outside. Violation of House Rules may result in termination of your stay.
