The holiday rental is located on the 2nd floor of a comfortable, newly built building with several units, right on the marina. Enjoy the view from your private balcony overlooking the marina, its promenade, and Lake Müritz. The building has an lift. A bike storage room for up to 3 bikes is available. It is shared by 2 apartments. Alternatively, bikes can be parked on the locked property next to the building (bike racks). The parking space for Apartment 5 is also located there; the parking spots are behind a gate. The maritime festival—the Müritz Sail—takes place every year in May. (Harbour)

Die Located on the second floor, Apartment 5 is the slightly smaller holiday rental at approximately 59 square metres. This apartment also offers an excellent view of the harbour in the town of Waren (Müritz). The fully equipped kitchen, the cosy living area with a pull-out couch, and the beautiful bedroom invite you to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Waren on Lake Müritz.
The entryway of this apartment features a coat closet and a storage room. The spacious living-dining area includes a pull-out sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. With a radio and a fully equipped, high-quality kitchenette—including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and much more—you’ll have everything you need.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed for a restful night’s sleep and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower stall, toilet, sink, and a cosmetic mirror. From the furnished balcony, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the city harbour and Waren’s old town.
For your bike tours, there is a bike storage room for up to 3 bikes, which you share with the other holiday rental. Additionally, bike racks are available on the locked-down property, which also includes a car parking space.
If you’re planning a longer stay, we offer a laundry service. Of course, you can also book an interim cleaning, additional towels, and a change of bed linens.
For our guests with disabilities who require assistance, we have an on-site nursing service and day care available. Depending on the level of care required, this service can be billed directly to your health insurance provider.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
