Villa Mimosa is a beautiful, spacious three bedroom villa, luxurious and tasteful furnished.

The house has been designed by a French architect in Provencal style.
Therefore, the most special aspect of this villa is found outside: the many charming, cozy and shaded terraces.
You cannot find this anywhere in Turkey!

Add to that the large balcony and the majestic view: Villa Mimosa is unique!

The villa is surrounded by palm- and fruit trees which provide plenty of shade, making it even on the hottest days pleasant to be outside.

Inside Villa Mimosa offers a large living room with open fireplace and flatscreen TV, a beautiful dining room and a large, modern, open kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 induction hotplates and 1 gas burner, electric oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and juicer

The floor has three bedrooms with air-conditioning and three bathrooms. Two of them are en-suite.
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, one has two single beds.
On request we can change one of the double beds into two single beds.

On the huge balcony with sun loungers, Turkish beds and a spacious dining table, you can immerse yourself during the day in the impressive and majestic views of the deep blue sea, and lose yourselves at night in the milliards of stars.

The porch with a large dining table and barbecue invites to enjoy meals together, with a beautiful view over the colorful garden and the aquamarine sea.

The cozy lounge terrace with ample seating and a unique Sultan bed provides a perfect place to relax.
Two smaller terraces give you the possibility to separate yourselves, if you wish.
The pool area is equipped with deck chair and parasols.

The sea, with beaches and restaurants is very close: 200 meters, 2 minutes walking.

Because we ourselves have grandchildren, we did take care that the villa, the decoration as well as the security are suitable for children.

Villa Mimosa is nestled in a lush valley near the picturesque town of Kas on the magnificent Turkish south coast.

Our German and a little English speaking caretaker will bring you every morning fresh bread and he will assist you with pleasure.

Fantastic Holiday

We loved the Villa. Huge amounts of separate outdoor spaces, great pool, comfortably furnished with good Aircon. 2 min walk to sea, lots of restaurants and bars on doorstep and only cheap taxi or bus to Kas town. Highly recommended.

Traumhaft: ein herrliches Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage

Die Villa ist geräumig und komfortabel, komplett ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön, die Küche modern, mit allen möglichen Geräten, die Schlafzimmer (und die Betten!) gut. Es gibt drei Badezimmer, zwei davon klein, aber es ist schön, dass jedes Schlafzimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Die verschiedenen Veranden sind geräumig, schattig und wunderbar kühl, wenn es genug Sonne gegeben hat. Der gigantische Balkon mit mehreren Ecken hat eine fantastische Aussicht. Der Eignern waren sehr hilfreich in der Vorphase, der Hausverwalter eine Perle, er war immer für uns da. Kas ist sehr romantisch und schön. Wir fanden Villa Mimosa einen Traumort und würden gerne wiederkommen.

If you are looking for a private house in Turkey I would strongly recommend Villa Mimosa. In spring we stayed for the first time in Vila Mimosa. The house is located in a beautiful area at the Mediterranean coast of Turkey. It has a nice and pleasant atmosphere. The furniture has a personal touch, which makes you immediately feel at home. It is a very comfortable house with 3 separated sleeping rooms and 3 bathrooms for 6 people. From the roof-terrace you have a magnificent view on several small Greek Islands. Every morning the house keeper brings you fresh bread at will. He also cleans the terrace and takes care of the swimming pool. Villa Mimosa is at only 6 km distance of the small and friendly fisherman village Kas. The drive by car along the coast to Kas is each time a great pleasure, because of the beautiful environment.

Better than perfect!

We’ve immersed ourselves in the wonderful ambiance of Villa Mimosa. Everything was perfect and beautiful! or us: the shadowy terraces, for the kids: the great pool. Waking up with this view , spoiling ourselves with a breakfast in the nice garden, enjoying the great beaches. And, in the evening, have a good and lazy chat on the balcony with billions of stars and a yellow moon above the sea. This was the absolute topper and we will come again! Gerbrich

Heerlijk vakantieverblijf

Villa Mimosa is een heerlijk ruim en licht huis met veel privacy. Erg geschikt voor een gezin met jongere kinderen. We hebben heel erg veel plezier gehad van het prive-zwembad. Verder hebben we erg genoten van het prachtig uitzicht over zee, met name van het terras boven. Ook bij het benedenterras bij de keuken was heerlijk toeven: schaduwrijk en smaakvolle beplanting. De vijgenboom ruikt heerlijk. Kortom, een klein paradijsje! We hebben genoten!!

Traumhaft schön!!!

Wir haben jetzt zum vierten Mal in der wundervollen Villa Mimosa unseren Urlaub verbracht und kommen auch im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder. Wir können es kaum erwarten. Die Villa ist liebevoll und großzügig eingerichtet. Alle Räume sind sauber und gepflegt. In der Villa finden die Gäste alles für den Urlaub notwendige, wie Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Auch ein Fernseher mit Flachbildschirm und deutschen Programmen steht zur Verfügung. Alle verschlissenen Gegenstände werden umgehend erneuert. Ein Highlight der Villa sind die drei große wunderschönen Terrassen, allesamt mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer mit den schönen Inseln. Zu der Villa gehört ein großer Pool mit sauberem Wasser. Die Villa liegt mitten in einem blumenreichen Garten der von Serdar perfekt gepflegt wird. Serdar und seine Familie verwalten die Villa. Die Familie kümmert sich liebevoll um das Wohlergehen der Gäste. Das Personal im benachbarten Hotel .Amphora ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es erlaubt den Bewohnern der Villa Mimosa über ihr Grundstück den Weg zum Strand abzukürzen und ihre Liegestühle am Strand zu benutzen. Bis zum Strand läuft man wenige Minuten. Der schöne Felsstrand bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Das Wasser ist total klar und angenehm warm. Die Vermieter Annette und Gerhard haben wir persönlich kennen gelernt. Es sind zwei unkomplizierte liebevolle Menschen. Sämtlicher Schriftverkehr wird schnell und gut beantwortet. Dieses Jahr sind wir fast jedem Abend in die Stadt gelaufen. Dies ist zu empfehlen, da man dadurch die wunderschöne Umgebung in Ruhe genießen kann. Wenn man am späten Nachmittag in die Stadt läuft, kann man den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Man kann aber auch mit dem Dolmus in die Stadt fahren. Der Bus fährt alle halbe Stunde und ist immer pünktlich. Der Ort Kas ist ein individueller Ort, der Geborgenheit gibt. Er bietet eine Vielfalt an ansprechenden Restaurants mit sehr guter türkischer Küche. In den vielen kleinen Bars am Hafen kann man den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Kas bietet eine Vielfalt an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Empfehlenswert sind die Bootstouren nach Kekova und Jeeptouren nach Saklikent. Auch ein Trip zur griechischen Insel ist empfehlenswert. Abends hat man von Meis einen imponierenden Blick auf Kas. Wer gerne taucht oder Kanu fährt, findet in Kas ein großzügiges Angebot. Fazit: besser geht es nicht!!!!!

Aufwachen, Tür aufmachen, weiter träumen!

Ich selbst bin Türkin und habe schon alles gesehen :) die Lykische Küste ist für mich mitunter der schönste Ort! Kaş ist ein sehr schönes, recht einheimischen und trotzdem sehr modernes ordentliches Örtchen, welches die Türkei sehr authentisch widerspiegelt! Aber die Halbinsel ist der Knaller :)))) und die Villa Mimosa ist einer der schönsten und bestgelegensten Villen auf der Insel! Sie ist architektonisch der absolute Hingucker unterstrichen von liebevollen Verschnörkelungen im Geländer und tollen Holzläden vor den großen bodentiefen Fenstern !!!! Da Einrichtung einer meiner großen Leidenschaften ist, haben wir uns in dem total geschmackvoll gemütlich eingerichteten Haus sofort wohl gefühlt. Wir haben nichts!!! vermisst! Die Betten sind super und die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei! Interessenten, die wegen der Sprachbarriere unentschieden sind, kann ich beruhigen. Serdar, der sich um die Villen kümmert, spricht sehr gut Deutsch! Auch kennt er seine Heimat sehr gut, so dass er die besten Tipps hat. Da die Halbinsel sehr sehr naturverbunden ist und somit dort keine Möglichkeit besteht, sich mal eben was zu kaufen, ist Serdar auch hier behilflich. Er bringt jeden Morgen frisches Brot. Wir empfehlen ein Auto zu leihen ( 30 € pro Tag ) und die Gegend zu erkunden. Unsere Favoriten: Big Pebble Beach, Kaputas Beach, Saklıkent. Die Abwicklung und Buchung sowohl die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr unkompliziert und auch sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen wieder :))))))

Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis !

Die Villa entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen und hat sie sogar noch übertroffen: ihre wundervolle Lage, alles modern und komfortabel, nicht unwichtig: sehr gute Betten und ein herrlich großes Schwimmbad. Jede der unterschiedlichen Terrassen ist jeweils auf ihre Weise eine wunderschöne Stelle, die zum Ausruhen einlädt. Die Anwesenheit/Hilfe und Beratung von Serdar bilden auch einen wichtigen Mehrwert. . Dies war unser erster Aufenthalt in der Türkei und uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen. Kas ist äußerst stimmungsvoll und hebt sich wohltuend von anderen Orten in der Umgebung ab, wie zum Beispiel von Kalkan, das eher einer britischen Kolonie ähnelt. Die Vorschläge im bereitgelegten Ordner waren sehr gut, besonders die Auswahl der besten Restaurants (Hanimeli!!). Es war auch sehr schön für unsere Kinder, dass sie einen Tag lang bei den Kindern von Serdar eingeladen waren. Für sie war das ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Es gibt auch viele lohnende Ausflugsziele und Freizeitangebote in der Umgebung. Dadurch war unser Urlaub äußerst abwechslungsreich. Wir unternehmen schon seit Jahren Urlaubsreisen und haben die Gewohnheit, nie denselben Urlaubsort zweimal zu besuchen und schon gar nicht zwei Jahre in Folge. Es ist das erste Mal, dass starke Zweifel an diesem Grundsatz aufkommt. Wir möchten uns deshalb auch ganz herzlich für die korrekte und deutliche Art, wie Ihr alles regelt, bedanken. Wir fühlen uns besser betreut als bei einem professionellen Reisebüro! Mit dem Service von Andifli sind wir auch sehr zufrieden. Herzlichen Dank! Koen und Konsorten

Ein Paradies!

Wir sind der Ansicht, dass die Villa Mimosa ein luxuriöses, geräumiges und komfortables Haus ist, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, mit schönem Garten und einem schönen, großen Schwimmbad. In Wirklichkeit ist es noch schöner als auf dem Foto! Die Dachterrasse ist besonders gelungen und auch die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten um das Haus herum. Man findet immer Sonne, Schatten, Ruhe, Aussicht oder was das Herz sonst noch begehrt.     Und mit dieser Aussicht aufwachen und einschlafen, das wünscht man sich ein ganzes Leben lang! Die Küche ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, der große Kühlschrank ist sehr praktisch, wie auch die Geschirrspülmaschine.  Die Orangenpresse brachte zu wenig Leistung und wurde manuell eingesetzt.  Im Allgemeinen war alles in Ordnung und von hoher Qualität. Das erlebt man nicht oft. Es ist ein wahres Vergnügen, von hier aus das Meer zu sehen, die Ruhe zu genießen und in Kas die unbeschwerte Atmosphäre zu erleben. Es ist hier noch fantastisch ruhig! Kas ist ein nettes Dorf, sehr lebendig und mit freundlichen Leuten. Wir fanden die Atmosphäre sehr  entspannt,  äußerst angenehm. Der Kommerz war bei weitem nicht so aufdringlich wie befürchtet. Es waren durchgängig hauptsächlich "Kasser" auf der Straße und eine Handvoll Urlauber.Die Halbinsel ist schön Es war eine herrliche Woche, die wir sehr genossen haben. Wir konnten so richtig ausspannen. Dankeschön für diesen schönen Ort! Villa Mimosa und Kas bleiben uns in sehr schöner Erinnerung und wir wünschen noch vielen anderen Gästen ein solches Erlebnis.

We have travelled a lot in Turkey in the past 20 years.
First as backpackers, later by car, and for the last ten years we cruise with our sailing yacht 'Daydream' the magnificent Turkish coasts.

Over and over again we were enchanted by the extraordinary charm of the fisher village of Kaş .

Therefore, we are very happy that here we've found the ultimate villa of our dreams: Villa Mimosa.

And the fairy tale started.. .

Why they chose this property

We fell in love head over heels when we saw villa Mimosa for the first time.
Quite something, after two long years of futile search for a suitable villa along the Turkish coast!

It is not just the villa we love, the picturesque fishing town of Kaş is exquisite and adorable. It has an authentic Turkish and carefree atmosphere, located at a beautiful bay surrounded by the impressive Taurus Mountains.

The picturesque Ottoman architecture, the ancient monuments and the whitewashed facades form a magnificent backdrop for the lush expositions for tourists in the steep and narrow streets.

The evenings in Kaş are lustrous with good (fish) restaurants, bars and terraces.

So, for us, Kas is the place to be, and Villa Mimosa the perfect place to enjoy it amidst peace and quiet

What makes this property unique

We admired Villa Mimosa immediately, not only because of her perfect location, in a beautiful green and blooming valley, quiet and private, no road or car in sight, we also marveled the fact that the villa is surrounded by a beautiful lush garden.

And, above all: the majestic breath-taking view!
When we saw the interior of the villa, our decision was final.

The spacious and bright living room with 5 double doors opening onto the garden, the comfortable kitchen and the three beautiful bedrooms with bathroom made it the ideal home for us.

We have added a large balcony, to make the most of the views and the wonderful summer evenings under the stars, builded a veranda and reconstructed the lounge terrace.

We love to live outside all day, and this villa offers that in a way which is difficult to find elsewhere.

Now it is the house of our dreams and we are happy when our guests enjoy it as deeply as we do..
