In the district of Rödlitz 500 m from the centre of Lichtenstein, 150 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. For shared use: property 400 m2, small, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, meadow, lawn for sunbathing 50 m2. Arbour (15 m2), barbecue, fireplace, parking at the house at 10 m. Supermarket 1 km, bakery 500 m, bus stop, railway station, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Tennis 6 km. Nearby attractions: Eisenbahnviadukt Rödlitzbachtal 1 km, Schloss Lichtenstein, Stadtmuseum 3 km, Sachsenring 8 km. Please note: fishing [permit required]. The owner lives in the same residence. The owner has a dog.

Wenn man in das Treppenhaus kam, roch es schon sehr sehr unangenehm. Der größere Schock kam aber in der Ferienwohnung selbst. Die ganze Wohnung war in einem total unsauberen Zustand, grad auch das Bad, total dreckig und verkeimt! Diese Wohnung wurde seit Wochen/Monaten nich sauber gemacht!Ich habe Bilder gemacht , die dies belegen! Wie kann man sowas Ferien Gästen anbieten. Wirklich unzumutbar!

Es hätte schön sein können...

... Leider ist die Unterkunft recht unsauber und ungepflegt. Spinnweben in den Ecken und an den Decken oder um die Toilette herum. Müll vom Vormieter in der Dusche. Die Wohnung sollte mal komplett saniert werden. Dabei könnte man auch die Lichtschalter reparieren und den Fernsehempfang korrekt einstellen. Auch funktionierten die Heizungen nicht. Für eine Endreinigung fehlte das nötige Equipment, wie Besen oder Staubsauger.

Die Vermieter sind nett und freundlich! Die Wohnung ist in keinem guten Zustand. Es ist recht unsauber. Um selber sauber zu machen fehlte ein Besen oder Staubsauger. Einige Sachen ( Handtuchhalter, Brausekopfhalter ) sind defekt. In einer Nacht war die Toilettenspülung abgestellt. Schade

Schöne ruhige saubere Wohnung

Habe dort gut geschlafen, sehr saubere Wohnung in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, sehr zuvorkommende nette Vermieter die im EG wohnen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und mehr als man braucht. Ich werde dort im nächsten Jahr wieder 3 Nächte bleiben.
