This spacious holiday home with a pool is situated in a quiet location surrounded by Mediterranean trees.

Benkovac is a small town located between the seaside villages of Biograd na Moru and Karin. The city of Zadar, which has an airport, is about 35 km away.

On the ground floor, there is a large room with a separate entrance, a double bed, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and direct access to the pool. This apartment is approximately 30 m² in size.

The pool measures 8 m x 4 m and is 1.50 m deep.

On the first and second floors, there is another bathroom with a toilet, a separate toilet, and a large dining and living area with a modern kitchen, three air conditioning units, and a balcony.
Of the three bedrooms, two have a box-spring bed, and the third has two single beds.

The total floor area of the house is approximately 98 m² (excluding the basement and balconies).
The house was renovated in 2020 and will be rented out for the first time starting in 2021.
