Accommodation description:
This combination of 2 apartments for up to 6 people is located in a rural setting, making it ideal for dog owners and hikers. The accommodation offers access to a shared sauna, fitness room, garden with lounge area and barbecue, as well as a balcony. Both apartments are on the first floor; two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house. There is no connecting door between the apartments. Each unit features an open kitchen with a dining area, a sleeping area, and a bathroom
The region offers plenty of opportunities for sporting activities, whether you want to ski and snowboard in the Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski area, cross-country ski right outside the door, toboggan on the Haagalm on the Penningberg, ice-skate in Salvenaland Hopfgarten, or hike along the Kelchsauer Ache. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find Salvenaland Hopfgarten, with a large playground with swings, air cushions, a summer toboggan run and a refreshing swimming lake. Ideal for unwinding while the children play carefree.

The area is known for its beautiful nature and numerous leisure activities. Admire the breathtaking mountain landscapes of the Kitzbühel Alps, Zillertal Alps and Venediger Group, or visit the centre with several restaurants and cosy inns serving Tyrolean specialities such as Käsespätzle and Tyrolean Gröstl. The village centre invites you to stroll, shop in the many boutiques and relax in the cosy cafés

Schöne Wohnung(en), sehr geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 älteren Kindern: sie hatten ihre eigene kleine Wohnung, die mit der größeren Wohnung über einen Flur verbunden war. Frisch und sauber, modern eingerichtet. Auch der Empfang ist sehr freundlich. Am Ortsrand gelegen, Wander- und Radfahrmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, Schwimmbad und See zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr moderne, gut ausgestattete und saubere Appartements. Viel Platz, genug um 2 Familien unterzubringen. Auch ein Babybett war vorhanden. Schöner Schlüsseltresor, der Flexibilität ermöglicht, wenn Familienmitglieder unabhängig voneinander abreisen und ankommen. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, telefonisch auszuchecken, so dass wir die Wohnung früh am Morgen verlassen konnten, um den Verkehr zu vermeiden.
