Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon, guter Ausstattung bei sehr guter Lage. Der vorbeiziehende Straßenverkehr (Denkmalstraße) stört kaum. Kurzer Weg zum Strand/zur Strandpromenade mit guten Locations.
