Nestled among rolling meadows, pine trees, and wide-open skies, Bayou Hills offers four guest rooms designed for rest and relaxation. Featuring cozy furnishings and modern amenities, guests enjoy the fireplace lounge with games, books, TVs, and panoramic views - the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

We offer four private guest rooms on the upper two levels of our home. The Primary Suite and one of our Queen Suites each feature a private balcony, and every room showcases beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding property.

Each room is designed for rest and privacy, featuring cozy linens, plush towels, TVs, Wi-Fi, and peaceful surroundings.

The main guest entrance opens to the primary level of the home, which includes the fireplace lounge, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, powder room, and access to the patio.

Set on nearly five acres, our property offers plenty of outdoor space to explore, inviting outdoor dining areas, and comfortable spots to relax and take in the incredible views—whether you’re unwinding after a full day or savoring a peaceful morning.

We're within 15 minutes of Downtown Parker or Castle Rock both offering a ton of restaurant and entertainment options. Check out live music venues, seasonal farmers markets and other fun and family friendly activities.

We're within minutes of the Colorado Horse Park, numerous golf courses, and plenty of outdoor hiking and equestrian trials.

Franktown, Elizabeth, Castlewood Canyon and more are minutes away.

Hosts reside in private quarters on site, with separate living and sleeping areas and a separate entrance to ensure privacy and comfort for everyone.
