Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Schwierig ist es, mit ein..

Die Wohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Schwierig ist es, mit einer Auto-Dachbox die Tiefgarage zu nutzen, - aber das war vorher bekannt. Die Schlafräume können nachts nicht vollständig abgedunkelt werden, - das war für uns ungewohnt. Toll ist die Option der Nutzung von Waschmaschine mit Trockner (haben wir aber nicht ausprobiert). Der Garten ist aufgrund des Auslasses der Tiefgarage mitten drin aus unserer Sicht leider nicht so wirklich attraktiv. Einerseits praktisch, dass die Terrasse überdacht ist, andererseits ist dadurch der Wohnraum auch immer etwas dunkel. Insgesamt eine Wohnung, die man gut weiterempfehlen kann.

Sehr schöne Wohnung! Gute moderne Ausstattung und zentral gelegen, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Strand und der Seebrücke sowie zum Bäcker sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und sicherlich auch rollstuhlgeeignet. Unser Urlaub hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
