Nice location

Convenient location a little outside of town. Gonsenheim is a wonderful neighborhood with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Straßenbahn and bus stops all nearby. Next to Gonsenheimer Hof Restaurant where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner.

Decent stay

We enjoyed our stay. It is a spacious place and a good location. We walked to the Mainz Fußball stadium for a game. We bought pastries at the gas station across the street in the mornings. We walked to the Mewe grocery store around the corner. Our only complaints were that there was no washing machine as listed, no WiFi or internet as listed, and no responses from host during our stay.

Very convenient bus line to anywhere in Mainz and to Wiesbaden. the host allowed us to enter a few hours earlier than check-in. This VRBO was spacious, but had a few major flaws: the full sized refrigerator was broken and the small beverage fridge was smelly. One of the two showers had a faulty door(wouldn't shut completely) and the other was moldy. WiFi didn't work. 4 out of 4 tvs didn't work. Tried to contact the host at 2 different phone numbers by calling and text and received no response.

Nie wieder. Drei Fernseher, keiner funktioniert. Kein WLAN Zugang. KĂŒhlschrank in der KĂŒche geht nicht. Vermieter kaum zu erreichen. Dann endlich Zusage das er am nĂ€chsten Tag kommt und technische MĂ€ngel beseitigt. Kommt natĂŒrlich nicht und meldet sich auch nicht mehr. Die gesamte KĂŒche schmutzig. Selbst in den Schubladen. Große Spinnengewebe an den Decken, vor allem im Bad. Ich habe von allem Fotos gemacht. Wie gesagt. Nie wieder.

Die Wohnung ist riesig groß, wir hatten super viel Platz und zwei Badezimmer GĂ€ste WC war ein großer Luxus. Mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof war fĂŒr uns perfekt, SupermĂ€rkte und Restaurants waren fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Das Haus liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, muss man sich dran gewöhnen, aber es war okay fĂŒr uns.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief leider nicht so gut, er war zwar super nett und entgegenkommend, aber schwierig zu erreichen. Leider gab es auch kein WLan, ziemlich ungĂŒnstig fĂŒr uns, da wir zum Arbeiten in Mainz waren. Auf mehrfache Nachfragen hier an den Vermieter, kam leider keine RĂŒckmeldung. Super sauber war die Wohnung auch nicht gerade, Schimmel in der Dusche und die Betten waren teilweise sehr durchgelegen, aber fĂŒr ein Wochenende war es in Ordnung. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, viel Geschirr, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster - alles was man so braucht :)

Die Kontaktaufnahme war sehr unkompliziert und auch die Übergabe der Wohnung durch die Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Es fehlt an nichts in diesem Haus ;) WĂŒrden wir fĂŒr unsere nĂ€chste GeschĂ€ftsreise immer wieder buchen.

Die Kommunikation und das Willkommen mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Angaben der Agentur und des Vermieters zum Haus waren unterschiedlich . Der Ort war ansprechend , nette Lokale im Ort. Leider lag das Haus an einer verkehrsreichen Straße das war fĂŒr eine ruhige Nachtruhe störend.

Tolles Haus, toller Gastgeber!

Das Haus ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alles war sauber, die KĂŒche gut ausgestattet und ausreichend BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher vorhanden. Die Kommunikation lief Ă€ußerst freundlich und zuverlĂ€ssig. FĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Mainz bietet sich die Lage des Hauses besonders an. FĂŒr 7 Personen hat es genau die richtige GrĂ¶ĂŸe und es sind zwei BĂ€der sowie eine GĂ€stetoilette vorhanden. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende, gerne wieder!

Perfektes langes Wochenende in Mainz-Gonsenheim

Das Ferienhaus hat perfekt fĂŒr uns 6 Personen gepasst. Es ist sehr groß, im Obergeschoss sind drei separate Doppelzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, unten noch eine Toilette. Wir haben das große Wohn-Esszimmer sehr genossen. Im Sommer kann man auch schön draussen sitzen und grillen. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Allem, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

3 Schlafzimmer, ausreichend Textilien. Bequemes Wohn-/Esszimmer. Überdachter Aussensitz. Lage zwar an Hauptstraße und ggĂŒ. von Tankstelle, aber es war nicht sehr laut. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.

Aufenthalt in Mainz

Die Wohnung erstreckt sich ĂŒber 2 Etagen. Es ist auch fĂŒr Familien mit (mehreren) Kindern genĂŒgend Platz. FĂŒr uns war praktisch, dass es vor dem Haus ParkplĂ€tze gibt. Herr Russ ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir hatten keinerlei Problem mit der Kommunikation.
