Spacious condo features a new sectional with lounge and Smart TV plus 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths, washer/dryer, fireplace and deck in a small, friendly complex with pool, spa, clubhouse and gas barbecues.
Very safe and walkable location in the foothills. A short walk to all sorts of restaurants, bakeries, banks, salons, gym, pharmacy and grocery store. La Encantada is only a 5 minute drive, 5-10 minutes to luxury resorts and 18 hole golfing. Hiking trailheads are all nearby. Don't miss the nearby galleries too including DeGrazia's (free) Studio in the Sun!

The owners were very attentive to our questions and quickly solved small issues within hours. Location of this end unit was perfect. Often we would walk to the grocery store, restaurants and bars. The area was very safe to walk early in the morning.The master bedroom was quite large and relaxing. Only concern is there is not a comfortable chair in the living room and the TV is quite small as it is the only one in the unit.

Fabulous!

We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and have enjoyed the condo fully. The owner has done an excellent job at providing all the necessary essentials and more to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is fantastic with lots of local shops, restaurants and activities!

Fun Family Weekend!

My husband and I traveled to Tucson October 8th to October 11th for Parents Weekend at the University of Arizona. We enjoyed having our sons over at the condo for home cooked meals and family fun! The condo was clean, spacious and really comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood with stunning mountain views. We walked to a Danish bakery for treats in the morning and a great restaurant, Fini's Landing, for lunch. We enjoyed our weekend very much and appreciated the attention to details and the comforts of home. Thanks, Julie!

Excellent Condo and Wonderful Owners

We rented this condo for two months during July and August 2014. Everything about the condo was very nice and my family of 3 were quite comfortable. It is a short walk to the Safeway that is at the end of the street. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We will definitely be renting from Julie again.

Nice 2 Bedroom Condo

We stayed for 9 nights in early March 2014 for our first visit to Tucson. Nice clean condo on the 2nd level, well set up, located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. We had a car so it was easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do in Tucson from this location. Owner's were great to deal with.
