Tolles altes Haus mit großem verschwunschenem Garten

Großes, schönes Haus mit vielen überraschenden Räumen und kreativen Lösungen in dem alten Gemäuer, umgeben von einem großen, vielfältigen Garten. Wir haben mit unserer Familie (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kleinkinder) eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Nisa verbracht und ein tolles Familienfest gefeiert. Unsere Festrunde aus 14 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Es gab genug Platz für eine lange Tafel, Spiel- und Tobemöglichkeiten für die Kinder und viele Rückzugsorte. Der Vermieter war unglaublich freundlich und schon im Vorfeld sehr entgegen kommend und immer für uns erreichbar. Auf dem gesamten Anwesen gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und erneut auf Entdeckungstour gehen. Für alle, die alte Häuser und einen großen verwunschenen Garten lieben, sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir würden wieder hinfahren

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende in der Villa. Durch das gute Wetter haben uns eigentlich nur draussen aufgehalten. Dafür war der grosse Garten und die Terasse perfekt. Wir haben einen super entspannten Urlaub in der kleinen Nisa verbrachten. Das Häuschen hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Leider fehlte uns ein bisschen die Sauberkeit und Ordnung. An sich war es sauber, jedoch hätte es noch etwas tiefgründiger/gebauer gereinigt sein dürfen und Produkte wie Gewürze,… immer mal wieder kontrolliert und ggf. aussortiert.

Haus mit eigenem Charme

Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, entgegen- kommend und haben auf jede Frage sofort geantwortet. Es handelt sich bei dem Ferienhaus um ein altes Bauernhaus mit kleinen Räumen, niedrigen Türen und enger steiler Treppe, dessen Flair die Vermieter versucht haben, durch zahlreiche Gegenstände von Trödelmärkten im Innen- und Außenbereich zu unterstreichen. Für uns war das vor allem im Innenbereich aber viel zu viel (in allen Räumen inkl. Küche und Bad), weil dadurch kaum noch Platz für unsere eigenen Sachen vorhanden war. Ein weiteres Manko: Trotz Kamin und diverser elektrische Heizgeräte haben wir das Haus auch mangels Türen nicht richtig warm bekommen. Der Außenbereich ist aber sehr großzügig mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten, so dass es an warmen Tagen ganz schön ist. Sobald es dunkel wird, entdeckt man zahlreiche kleine Lichter im Garten, was es romatisch macht.

Besondere Atmosphäre mit großem Garten

Das Haus ist sehr einladend. Man sieht wieviel Liebe und Sorgfalt in den einzelnen Räumen steckt. Der Garten ist groß und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Spielsachen für die Kinder, ein Teich und Liegen zum entspannen. Besonders gut haben und die vielen Details im Haus gefallen. Überall gibt es etwas zu entdecken. Alles in allem eine schöne Kombination aus modern und rustikal mit vielen Möglichkeiten!

Wunderschönes Grundstück

Sehr schönes Objekt mit gemütlichem Ambiente und fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, auch für Kinder - jedoch ohne Spülmaschine oder Mikrowelle. Das haben wir jedenfalls nicht vermisst. Das einzig gewöhnungsbedürftige für uns war die Abwesenheit von Türen. Das ist zwar sehr gemütlich und offen, hat uns aber ein wenig darin gehemmt Abends mit Küchengeschirr zu klappern oder den Kamin anzuwerfen (weil die zweijährige oben schon schlief). Außerdem ist es gar nicht so leicht eine Fliege in die Enge zu treiben :) Das ist uns aber keinen Abzug in der Bewertung wert. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war tadellos und sehr herzlich. Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Super, einzigartiges sehr interessantes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil war das Heizen, es wurde nicht warm, trotz Kamin. Der eigene Parkplatz der ausgeschrieben war ist leider nicht vorhanden.

Liebevoll ausgestattetes Feriendomizil

Die Villa Nisa hat viel Charme. Das Häuschen ist liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet und von einem wunderbaren, sehr großen Garten umgeben. Eignet sich hervorragend zum Versteckspielen! Wer Antiquitäten und Bauernmöbel mag, ist hier richtig. Geheizt wird mit einer Klimaanlage (gewöhnungsbedürftig) und einem Kamin (sehr gemütlich) - Feuerholz liegt bereit. Für ältere Leute oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die Treppe möglicherweise zu steil - es ist halt ein altes Häuschen. Uns hat das nicht gestört, wir hatten hier sehr schöne Tage.

Jackie has also been involved in designing several historical preservation projects for buildings over 100 years old. His passion for design and historic buildings is reflected in every detail of the villa. He speaks German, English, and Chinese, and enjoys welcoming guests from around the world and engaging in conversations with them.

I chose this neighborhood because of its perfect blend of peaceful, natural surroundings and proximity to both nature and urban amenities. The area offers a serene, almost idyllic atmosphere, with lush green spaces, walking and cycling paths, and the Pfinz stream just outside the door. I truly enjoy the quiet and relaxed vibe, perfect for leisurely strolls or enjoying nature, but at the same time, you’re only a short drive away from restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions in Karlsruhe and Pforzheim. It’s the ideal balance of tranquility and convenience that makes it such a lovely place to live and visit.
