Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Check-out: 11:00 AM 2. Take trash/recycling to end of driveway 3. Empty refrigerator 4. Place used towels in laundry room basket 5. Leave beds unmade 6. Set thermostat to 74°F
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum booking age is 25. Primary renter must stay during the reservation and may be asked for ID. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests at all times. No parties or events. Violations may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
Check-out is 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkout may incur a $50 fee. Over 2 hours late may be charged the full nightly rate.
