Casita de Papi is It’s more than just a stay, its a home.

Located in the tranquil suburbs of Luquillo, this three-bedroom home invites you to slow down and connect with your loved ones, with nature, and with the island itself. Thoughtfully and intentionally curated with local touches and an emphasis on heritage, Casita de Papi was designed to honor the beauty, resilience, and spirit of my father and the island.

My father, Jorge, a proud Nuyorican - spent his life working toward one dream: to own a home on the island of his parents, and his parent`s parents. A home that might have been his, had my grandparents not made the tremendous sacrifice of moving to NYC in pursuit of a better future for their children.

Now, I invite you to experience a space filled with love, legacy, and intention. This home is a dream realized through my father’s hard work, resilience, and admorment of this island. Here, you are more than a guest - you are family.

Casita de Papi is a warm and inviting retreat in the heart of Luquillo, where every corner is designed for comfort, connection, and meaningful moments. This cozy three-bedroom home blends simplicity with the charm of Puerto Rican living, featuring two full bathrooms and airy, welcoming spaces throughout. The home invites you to gather around a wide dining table, perfect for enjoying mofongo and everything Puerto Rican cuisine has to offer. Step outside to a private terrace where the island truly comes alive, a domino table, a relaxing hammock, and a BBQ area set the scene for laughter, stories, and unforgettable evenings with family and friends. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, catching the ocean breeze, or winding down after a day of adventure, Casita de Papi surrounds you with warmth, culture, and the feeling of home.

For your notes and comfort, keep in mind that we have one queen bed with bathroom access in the main bedroom, a full size bed in another bedroom, and two twin beds in one of our final bedroom.

Also, we currently have a pool under construction, this is completely in the side patio of the house , access to this area is not permitted.

Casita de Papi promises to be more than a vacation, a chance to experience Puerto Rico with intention, a home made to feel like you are visiting a family member’s home on the island.

Welcome to Casita de Papi your home away from home, while visiting paradise.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, except the side patio, this is a restricted area since we currently have a pool under construction, this is completely in the side patio of the house , access to this area is not permitted.

We value your privacy but are always available if you need assistance during your stay. Our team is just a message or call away to help with check-in, local recommendations, or any questions you may have. You’ll enjoy full independence with self check-in, but we’re happy to assist to make sure your stay at Casita De Papi is smooth and unforgettable.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out:
Both are subject to availability and can only be confirmed on the same day of your arrival or departure, depending on the cleaning schedule and guest turnover.

We’ll provide you with a starter kit that includes towel paper, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, clean bath towels, and clean beach towels. Please remember that it`s your responsibility to replace these items as needed during your stay. Thank you!

No smoking inside the property.
Please smoke only in designated outdoor areas.

No parties or events allowed without prior authorization.
No unauthorized guests permitted.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

Registered guests only.
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially in back patio

Turn off lights and A/C units when not in use or when leaving the property.

No pets allowed.

Please keep the property clean and tidy.

Respect the home as if it were your own ❤️

Do not tamper with security cameras or electrical systems.

Dispose of trash properly in the designated outdoor bins.

Age requirement: must be 21 years old to book

We want every guest to have a pleasant and comfortable stay!

All vehicles must be parked inside the gated area to ensure we do not block the driveway of the neighbors.
