The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the living room provides a cozy place to unwind by the warm gas fireplace. A queen sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests. A bedroom with a full bed and a full bathroom are also located on this level for convenience.

• This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking.



Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you’re comfortable with these policies before renting.

• Parking: Driveway tandem parking for 2 cars. Parking for this home is on the driveway located behind the home on Dixie Drive. Guests must walk from the driveway around the corner to the front door on Law Street.

• Pack n' play and highchair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.



• There is a separate detached studio located behind the rental home. The space is private and has a separate designated entry. You may see an occupant entering and exiting from time to time.



• This home is monitored by exterior cameras.



• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest sign an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.



• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
