Perfect location for hanging out at Windansea. Restaurants and village quick drive or nice walk away, Bird Rock right there. Will be back

We weren't able to check in on time and had to wait about 30 minutes due to some delays with the cleaning crew.We also had a few issues throughout the stay But Evan was very responsive, and was able to assist each time. The location of the house is definitely the highlight. Being so close to the ocean was Amazing !! Overall the stay was enjoyable.

The property has lovely furnishings, and communication was quick and helpful. But the unit is very dated, was not clean (kitchen had a thick layer of grime on counters, etc.) and we had a roach problem. It should be noted that it does not have air conditioning, you can open the windows but the screens have large holes and gaps, and it doesn't help much. There were a few fans provided, but they were old and dirty. We booked this for the view which is amazing, but the windows are so dirty that you can't really appreciate it. I hate to leave a bad review, but at this price point, travelers should be aware!

Very sorry to see this review. I really have a hard time seeing a thick layer of grime on counters in the kitchen. They are cleaned between every reservation! I also have contacted my pest control company and had them come out. Since then, there have been no more bug sightings! I am also getting the windows cleaned asap! All windows can be opened, and there are no large holes or gaps in the screens
