The property is ideally positioned between the vibrant coastal towns of Bournemouth and Poole, offering the best of both destinations. It is located close to the charming village of Westbourne, a highly sought-after area known for its relaxed yet cosmopolitan atmosphere. Westbourne boasts an excellent selection of independent boutiques, cafes, delicatessens, restaurants and lively bars, making it an ideal holiday for couples and families.

THE APARTMENT:
This apartment has a beautifully furnished Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed.

The property features an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area benefits from of a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 and includes a FLAT SCREEN SMART TV - DVD - FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The modern kitchen area is equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a WASHER/DRYER in the hall cupboard for your convenience.

The apartment has a separate modern bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle and a toilet.

In the grounds is a communal garden with a table and chairs that guests can use.

The apartment comes with an allocated parking space for one car.
