About this property

The Gate House at Bryn Mawr Vineyards

WELCOME TO BRYN MAWR VINEYARDS!

Experience the beauty of Oregon wine country at the Gate House, a family-friendly retreat featuring an open floor plan, modern kitchen, and outdoor space nestled at the base of our 40-acre vineyard estate.

THE SPACE
The lower level offers a cozy media lounge, with a large tv, seating area, and half bath. The couch transforms into a queen-sized bed, offering an additional sleeping space. Outside the French doors, you'll also find a bistro table, perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine and vineyard views.

The second level features an open-concept layout with a newly remodeled kitchen and a dining area for six. You'll also find a lounge seating area and a workspace. Outside, take advantage of our outdoor grill, dining area, and lounge space, the perfect setting to take in the vineyard views.

The third-level offers two private queen suites, each complete with a full ensuite bath for ultimate privacy and comfort. Each bedroom is stocked with high quality linens and robes are provided. The bathrooms contain towels, basic toiletries, and a hair-dryer.

PETS
We are dog-friendly and have a $100 pet fee. Make sure to check the 'traveling with pets' box upon booking, as this is how the fee will be automatically added to your total. While we understand some dogs love to snuggle, we ask that pets remain off the furniture, if possible.

Since we are in the countryside, we do ask guests to keep their pups on leash any time they are out, and of course, practice responsible pet ownership by cleaning up after your animals. You might also see some other four-legged friends wandering the vines during your visit. Our serene setting often attracts deer, neighborhood cats, and even the occasional porcupine. At night, we'll sometimes see (or hear) coyotes, so it’s always recommended that pets do not wander outside alone at night.

THE WINERY
As a guest of Bryn Mawr, we invite you to our Tasting Room for a complimentary tasting flight, just a short walk from the guesthouse. From the Tasting Room to the deck to our courtyard, you'll enjoy panoramic views stretching across the entire valley. No matter the season, it's a truly incredible backdrop to learn about Bryn Mawr and experience our wines.

Interested in lunch or a snack? Our Chef, Jonathan Jones, offers a seasonal small plate menu, available daily during Tasting Room hours (11 AM-5 PM).

PRIVATE DINING
Our Culinary Director, James Beard Nominee Jonathan Jones, offers a private dining experience for our onsite guests. From a family style feast to an intimate dinner for two to an interactive chef's table experience, Chef Jon is excited to offer a fully customizable menu. Upon booking, we will share his contact information so you can begin to design your perfect dining experience.

THE AREA
Ideally located near the towns of Amity, Salem, and McMinnville, the guesthouse offers easy access to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and cultural attractions. We're also located within a few miles of a number of wineries, including Bethel Heights, Bjornson, Cristom, and Zenith Vineyard and would be happy to provide recommendations based on your interests!
