Our group has been getting together for seven years and this was the best house so far. Our group likes to cook/grill and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The decor was beautiful and the view was great! There was an issue with the water heater but the host responded quickly and it was resolved as soon as it could be. We absolutely loved our time spent there!

Such a beautiful well maintained Casita with absolutely amazing views from two separate level balconies. Very clean with everything you could possibly need and want provided. They even had a second refrigerator/freezer in the garage with plenty of parking. The game room has a great seating area, TV, snack bar board games, and a pool table that easily converts to a ping pong table that our grandkids so enjoyed! Above and Beyond Hosting did a great job communicating and answering all our questions. Planning next year’s vacation there! The Hollows pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, playground, walking paths, Casitas next door to one another, and Villas a short block away provide a wonderful way for very large families to vacation together.

Nice home for guests. Not sure I knew one side of garage would be 3 golf carts parking, had hoped to have 2 car spots. Management was attentive, I would book again.

Very Comfortable Place To Stay

We came in for our daughter’s wedding and needed a place to have for family. Very clean, cozy, and the view was spectacular! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I would highly recommend a stay at this place.

Spotless, spacious & tranquil

This property & location were absolutely perfect for our group’s visit to Lake Travis for the solar eclipse. Each bedroom was very comfortable and the common spaces (including 2 covered decks with incredible views) provided lots of space to relax. The amenities, location and incredibly thorough cleanliness made this vacation rental top notch. Highly recommend.

Great house, wonderful stay

Just stayed here with a group of 8 adults. The place is exactly as pictured - nicely stocked, clean, spacious and well maintained. A few of us had to work a bit and the WiFi was solid. Bill was great and super responsive. The community pool is nice and clean and the restaurant on site basic but good. The roads are definitely windy but the view was great. We were all very pleased and would definitely stay here again.
