The covered lanai includes a gourmet outdoor area with a BBQ grill, cooktop, and a 60” TV, along with a large dining table and sun loungers, creating the perfect setting for family barbecues, poolside meals, and relaxing afternoons in the Florida sun.

Inside, the home offers two huge living areas designed for both comfort and fun. The main living room is spacious and elegant, with a large 85” TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. The second living area is a themed Mickey Mouse movie theater room with a 100” projector screen and a PlayStation 4, offering a fun and immersive space for movie nights and gaming sessions with the whole family.

The home features eight bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. Two of the bedrooms are themed especially for children, including a Super Mario themed room that can sleep up to four kids and a Mickey & Minnie themed room that sleeps up to two kids. The remaining bedrooms offer large, cozy beds for couples and adults, ensuring everyone has a comfortable and restful place to sleep. The home also includes two additional rollaway beds, providing extra flexibility for larger groups.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 92F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-It takes 12 to 24 hours to feel changes in the water temperature.
6-Attached spa (if equipped) is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
7-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we cannot offer a refund.
8 - Please note: We do not recommend adding pool heating if the outdoor temperature is below 60°F, as it may not heat effectively.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder and filters will be provided prior to check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it may not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep.

PARKING: The driveway accommodates up to 2 large vehicles. Trucks, trailers, RVs, or vehicles with attached carriers (such as boat trailers or cargo boxes) are not permitted in the community. Improper or illegal parking is not permitted. In the event a vehicle is towed, the guest will be responsible for all towing and recovery charges.
