Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Es fehlte uns an nichts, alles war bestens ausgestattet und zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer auf zwei Etagen. Nur 2 Min. Vom Strand entfernt und total ruhige Ecke. Kommen immer wieder gerne hin:) Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ein defektes Licht und eine kalte Heizung wurden direkt repariert! Super An der DuschtĂŒre fehlte links unten die Gummidichtung. Dadurch gab es unvermeidliche kleine Überschwemmungen im Bad. Ist vermutlich auch leicht zu reparieren.

Sofern rĂ€umlich umsetzbar statt 2Betten nur 1 plus 1 Schlafcouch, mit der man incl. kleinem Couchtisch im Schlafraum eine gemĂŒtliche Sitzecke im Bereich der DachschrĂ€ge einrichten könnte. DafĂŒr könnte auch entweder der Kleiderschrank oder die ziemlich volumige Kommode (fĂŒr das Appartment sollte 1 von beiden als Stauraum ausreichen) weichen. Es fehlt so etwas eine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit im Sessel/Couch. Sonst alles cool, bes. Herd + Ofen, großer KĂŒhlschrank. Lage genial, wenige 100 Meter zum Strand, zum Waldpark, wenige Fahrradminuten zum Hafen/Surfstation, zur City. Fahrradverleih um die Ecke. Sitzbank vorm Haus zum in der Sonne (sofern vorhanden) n Kaffee trinken. 7couch.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in der gemĂŒtlichen Unterkunft. Es war alles sauber und vorhanden was man braucht. Die Anreise ist mit der Bushaltestelle, fußlĂ€ufig super schnell erreichbar, ebenso der Strand, die SpielplĂ€tze und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt war wie immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Steckdose an der linken Bettseite mĂŒsste einmal ĂŒberarbeitet werden. Dort war eine Nutzung nicht möglich und ein SchĂ€lmesser wĂ€re noch eine AufrĂŒstung wert.

Norderney Nordstrand

Optimale Lage sowohl den Nordstrand als auch die wichtigsten GeschĂ€fte (Lebensmittel, BĂ€ckerei, Fahrradverleih und Restaurants) kann man zu Fuß erreichen. FĂŒr die Innenstadt empfiehlt sich das Fahrrad . Es geht aber auch der Bus, da die Haltestelle gleich um die Ecke liegt, was sich bei der An- und Abreise zum FĂ€hrhafen als Vorteil erweist.

Es war super gut in der Ferienwohnung tolle Lage wenn man es eher ruhig haben will. 300 m nur vom Strand entfernt und alles so wie es in der Anzeige steht. Wir haben den urlaub sehr grnossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsam, sehr ruhiges Haus, Lage mit wenigen Schritten am Strand und Restaurants, der Nordstrand ist allen anderen StrÀnden vorzuziehen - perfekt! Ausnahme: Matratze zu hart, aber das kann man kaum allen recht machen..

Alles was man braucht ist da: Kaffeemaschine und Ofen, genug Geschirr etc. fĂŒr zwei Personen. Die Vermittlungsagentur war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Die Insel im MĂ€rz " Natur pur"- wir kommen wieder!

Nette, kleine Wohnung ... die nicht weit entfernt vom Strand liegt. Wer Norderney kennt und ein Fahrrad hat, kann von hier aus schnell an allen relevanten Ecken sein.

Oktober auf Norderney

Ruhig gelegenes und sauberes Haus. FĂŒr uns von Vorteil waren die Zimmer auf zwei Ebenen, was fĂŒr die benachbarte Wohnung auch gilt. Das Treppenhaus muss gemeinsam genutzt werden. Das fĂŒhrt zu unangenehmen Situationen. Es wĂ€re schön gewesen, wenn dies aus der Anzeige hervorgegangen wĂ€re.
