Enjoy a stylish experience at this recently renovated, centrally-located home in the historic, yet trendy Mimo Magic City District, which is just 5 minute drive from the Design District/ Buena Vista. This historic area is stretched between Wynwood's street savvy artistic environs and North Miami's tranquility: within walking/biking distance of restaurants, art museums, parks, bars, clubs, grocery stores, and retail stores. There are several farmers markets and cultural markets with an incredible variety of ethnic options.

Located east of I-95 and a few blocks from Biscayne US-1, you can easily get to Aventura, Downtown Miami, and Miami Beach in under 15 minutes; the airport is also only 10 minutes away, for pilots and airline crew. Many hospitals nearby for traveling medical professionals, and multiple major marinas for yacht crew members looking to rent on a weekly basis.

Stayed here with my better half and our dogs and had a great experience. Xavier and his mother were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about the property and their guests.They’re actively making improvements, and even now it’s a solid place to stay. Once everything is finished, it’s going to be even better. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out. Would definitely stay again.
