First, The queen size bed refers to the size of the air mattress. There are only 2 beds in the listing as it states.



Second, this unit is on the fourth floor. The steps are small half flights but still could pose an issue for certain guests.



Third, there is an awesome historic bar attached to this building on the corner. Dirty Franks Bar where Frank Sinatra used to visit frequently. This bar can be noisy at times and can pose an issue for noise sensitive kguest.



Fourth, this building is located in center city Philadelphia area. As stated, this is also a historic building and so outside noise could be an issue with noise sensitive guest.
