Anzahlung 9 Monate vor Anreise ohne Buchungsnummer getätigt. Bei Ankunft wurde Betrag erneut

Anzahlung 9 Monate vor Anreise ohne Buchungsnummer getätigt. Bei Ankunft wurde Betrag erneut eingefordert. Anscheinend weil System des Anbieters die Zahlung nicht erkannt habe. Wenn wir nicht auf eine eingehende Prüfung bestanden hätten, hätten wir 2× bezahlt. Nach der Prüfung wurde uns die "Schuld" zugewiesen. Dies erachten wir als nicht professionell. Von Seiten Anbieter sollte sowieso direkt nach der Reservierung geprüft werden, ob Anzahlung getätigt wird, da ansonsten die Reservierung ungültig ist. Ohne diese Prüfung ist der Sinn einer Anzahlung fragwürdig.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen,ganz gut ausgestattet.Es fehlen jedoch die Bedingsanleitungen für den Backofen und den Herd .Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind freundlich und auch die Schlüsselabgabe ist Prima gelöst. Da wir Draußenmenschen sind würden wir die Wohnung im Herbst, Winter und frühen Frühling wieder mieten.Im Sommer bräuchten wir den direkten Ausgang zur Terasse.
