Location was great for me because it is just a few minutes from my doctor’s office and hospitals, stores, and restaurants. The place was very clean and the beds may be small but they are very comfortable. Be sure to bring your own soaps and shampoos, and if you need to eat while here bring utensils.

Communication was a major weak point of my stay. I tried to contact the host about concerns on day one but couldn't get in contact. I had to contact Vrbo support. This use of a middle man lead to more confusion between the host and I. The miscommunication eventually lead to double booking my unit as well as unauthorized people entering without proper notice, which was a major privacy and safety concern. The walls are not well insulated so it's noisey at night. The AC was nice. Between the lack of clear communication and the unexpected entry into the space I decided to cancel my stay one month early and find alternative living arrangements. I would not recommend this property for traveling healthcare workers or students needing a functional environment. However, if you simply need a very cheap place out of the rain and have low expectations, it will work. I sincerely hope Krystal takes this feedback constructively to improve communication protocols and respect guest privacy in the future.

I would recommend that you stay away from this place. It started out with us driving into a less than desireable area, turning down the street to old houses and dilapitated structure. When we got to the property I understood why they didn't take pictures of the outside of the building. It looked like someone had taken the door off by force and had been fixed in a subpar manner. We came to the place AFTER our check in time to 2 twin beds that were across the room from each other and not next to each other (I went with my husband and don't sleep by myself). There were with no linens on the beds, no towels and a wall airconditioner that you had to step up on the bed to turn up or down. Since it looked like the room wasn't ready, we decided to go into town to get something to eat and come back to re-evaluate the situation. We were gone probably an hour or more from when we left the room. When we get back, there is a lady inside putting the sheets on th bed. She said she was sorry but she had to wash the sheets so that was why she was late. She also said that the sheets ad beadspreads might still be a little wet!!!!! Really, do you not have a 2nd set up linens? Now I know why there is no refunds. Needless to say, we found another place to stay instead of this location. I should have read the reviews!

This area is simply the hood. It feels very unsafe and not secure in the slightest way. It may be ok for someone else, but it was not suitable for me and my family.
