El guardia te dará acceso al estacionamiento privado del edificio.

Para el acceso a la torre se te dará un QR, favor de mandarnos los datos de los huéspedes antes de tu hora de Check-in.

También se te dará una pulsera durante tu estancia, de esta manera podrás acceder a áreas comunes.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

No loud noise, especially after 10 PM. Fines will be applied after the first warning.
Only registered guests and visitors listed on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access.
Parties are prohibited, as well as walking around outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
Towels and/or sheets stained with makeup or other substances will incur an extra charge.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
Only park in the designated space.
Turn off air conditioners when leaving the apartment.
No pets allowed. Service animals require proper documentation.
Leave the access cards and/or keys in the place specified by the host.
Additional charges will apply if electricity usage exceeds the limit.

BUILDING AND AMENITY RULES

Respect the building`s common areas. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused.
Maintain respectful behavior and actions toward neighbors and security personnel.

FINES

Violating any point of the rules may result in fines starting at $2,000 MXN.

Damage or loss of linens, furniture, or inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
Extra cleaning for excessive mess, spills on fabrics, or smoking inside the property: Starting at $1,500 MXN.
Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + the cost of blocked nights required for repairs.
Loss of keys and/or access cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
Loss of keys and/or access cards: Flat replacement fee of $500 MXN.
