The spacious master has a walk in closet, custom dual shower, amazing ocean views. There´s a queen mattress Both master and 2nd BR connect to the patio. Countless day- beds, hammocks and seating areas make the patio a zen state of relaxation. -Guests don’t have access to the master bedroom closet completely, just on one area to put clothes and we provide an extra hanger rack.
- we have hot tub maintenance people 2 times per week that will need to access on the main door .
- ice maker in the kitchen is out of service, but there’s one ice maker in the pool area that works with plenty of ice.
Dear Guest as Tortuga Bay is a gated community and they want to ensure your safety,
We will require you the copy ID of each of the guests and you will need fill and sign a contract along with a credit card authorization form in case of damages.

If you smoke outside, please don`t burn the sun tanning chairs
Every stained (if don`t cleans after washing) or lost towel/ Bedsheets will be charged with additional costs.
Please turn OFF the A/C if you are not in the rooms or the house.
No loud noise after ‪9:30 pm‬, you might get warnings and a noise fine.
If you leave the house too messy we might charge an extra rate for the cleaning.
